15 Oct October 15, 2017 The Roads and Transport Authority and the General Headquarter of Dubai Police will start implementing the reduction of the speed limit on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and the Emirates Road in Dubai from 120 k/h to 110 k/h starting on Sunday, October 15. Meanwhile, there are no plans yet to change speed limits on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road in Sharjah. The current speed limit on both these roads is 120 kmph, with the radar set to flash if vehicles touch speeds of 141 kmph or above. Source: KT
