15 Apr April 15, 2017 Subscription cards will allow students to park in public parking lots within 500 metres of their educational institutions. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the issuance of a subscription card branded ‘Student Parking’. Documents required for ‘Student Parking’ card are: Approved certificate the applicant is a student من Dubai university/college. Driving licence. Maximum of three vehicles can be added to a single card providing التي it is used for only one vehicle at a time.
